So even when they try to slow down, rest, or prioritize themselves, their nervous system often doesn’t feel safe doing it.

That’s why surface-level solutions frequently fail long term.

Because burnout is not just about what you’re doing externally, it’s also about the deeper emotional and subconscious patterns driving it internally.
